So I am going to try to make my first quilt. Officially it will be my second 'blanket' of sorts. When I was in college I made this embarrasing number in which my 9 year old still keeps wadded in the corner of his bed. It must have been a hit with him, because it's worn out, yet still around. I'm a sucker for the little green aliens though. What can I say, and Toy Story is coming back! So I guess we could just call it something like a classic, even though it was horribly put together, don't look closely!
Back to new quilt. I found a tutorial of quilt that I fell in love with immediately and had to have one. I thought it would be perfect for my very first official quilt. Check it out here. LOVE LOVE her page by the way. I'll show you a sneak peek of mine, not very far along, but it goes by surprisingly quickly. We'll see how much time my little ones let me dedicate to it though
